how to run a full node?

Hi there, curious as to how to go about running a full node? I'm okay with tech but not a coder and unsure if this is necessary. Is there a safe off the shelf solution available or? I just want to help strengthen the network and learn more about it. Based in Europe. TIA

British YouTuber KSI blames "over leveraging" for his previous loss of $9.74 million (£7 million) in crypto investment. Prominent YouTube star KSI belongs to the group of crypto investors who have made and lost a lot of money during the last Bitcoin ( BTC ) crash.
